You will advance perceptual models, post-train and adapt models, build evaluation systems, shape datasets, and drive technical decisions across research, data, and engineering.
Requirements
- Deep machine learning expertise
- Extensive hands-on experience with diffusion models
- Strong publication record at top-tier research venues or equivalent demonstrated impact
- Experience leading researchers and mentoring junior members
- Track record of taking research from idea to production
- Proficiency in PyTorch and modern machine learning tooling for large-scale training
- Clear communication and ability to influence direction across teams
Responsibilities
- Set the research direction and roadmap for dyadic interaction modeling
- Advance perceptual modeling for interactive agents
- Post-train multimodal models for natural dyadic interactions
- Adapt diffusion models to conversational conditioning signals
- Build evaluation frameworks and test suites
- Define data needs and shape high-quality datasets
- Lead and mentor researchers
- Drive technical decisions across research, data, and engineering
