About the Role
You will support AI+ Expo programming and operations by curating speakers, panels, and demonstrations; coordinating VIP guests; drafting event communications; maintaining logistics in project-management tools; and providing in-person event support for stage management, speakers, and attendees.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Google Suite, data organization, and project-management software
- Proficiency prompting and using large language models
- Professional writing and communication skills
- Ability to work full-time in person in Arlington from January through June 2027
Responsibilities
- Curate speaker lists, panel topics, and technology demonstrations
- Draft session descriptions and event agendas
- Coordinate speaker invitations, biographies, headshots, and VIP experiences
- Write and edit invitations, newsletters, promotional copy, social content, and speaker materials
- Track speaker logistics, programming details, and show agendas using project-management platforms
- Provide on-site Expo support for stage management, speakers, and attendees
