About the Role
You will serve as a primary contact for advisor firms and develop an understanding of their businesses. You will educate advisors on platform changes, identify relationship trends through CRM data, meet with firms, escalate issues, and advocate for platform improvements.
Requirements
- Knowledge of the RIA industry and the TradePMR by Robinhood platform, features, tools, and products.
- Problem-solving skills for complex requests.
- 5+ years of customer service and related industry experience.
- SIE license.
- Series 7 license is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop an understanding of each advisor relationship, including firm structure, decision-makers, technology, and client demographics.
- Educate advisors on platform changes and the product roadmap.
- Use CRM data to identify signals and trends and translate them into feedback or education opportunities.
- Meet with firms virtually or in person to deepen relationships and increase loyalty.
- Advocate for advisor firms internally, escalate issues, and influence platform enhancements.
