About the Role
You will provide regulatory advice to internal and external stakeholders and senior management. You will identify regulatory obligations and integrity risks, develop policies and procedures, establish regulatory strategies, manage regulator interactions, monitor regulatory developments, and operationalize regulatory requirements in Japan.

- At least 7 years of experience in a legal or compliance support function

Responsibilities
- Provide strategic regulatory advice to stakeholders and senior management
- Identify regulatory obligations and integrity risks
- Transform obligations into policies and procedures
- Establish regulatory strategies across work streams and products
- Implement new processes, lead process changes, and manage incidents
- Act as a contact for regulator interactions
- Monitor regulatory and policy developments and advise on their impact
- Operationalize regulatory requirements in Japan
