About the Role
You will analyze and monitor regulatory requirements in the financial and payments landscape. You will participate in regulatory discussions, conduct regulatory assessments for new and existing products and services, and support the implementation of regulatory initiatives and action plans. You will evaluate new regulations to identify business impact, build relationships with card schemes, and collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Technology, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Engineering, and Project teams.
Requirements
- Completed degree in a related field
- Experience in payment institutions, acquirers, sub-acquirers, or fintechs
- Advanced English proficiency
- Strong knowledge of technology and Artificial Intelligence
- Familiarity with COSIF standards (Type 3 conglomerate)
- Knowledge of regulations applicable to SCFIs and Payment Institutions (IPs)
- Experience with licensing processes and regulatory compliance (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Analyze and track regulatory requirements applicable to the financial and payments market
- Participate in and monitor regulatory discussions relevant to the sector
- Conduct regulatory assessments of new products, services, and existing initiatives
- Support and follow up on the implementation of regulatory initiatives and action plans
- Evaluate new regulations and compliance obligations and identify their business impact
- Build relationships with card schemes and align business areas with program compliance requirements
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Technology, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Engineering, and Project teams
