About the Role
You will serve as the first point of contact for clients and broker partners, process operational requests, research issues involving forms and transfers, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve client problems. You will also ensure accurate submission of new business paperwork and apply your knowledge of KYC, onboarding, and securities regulations.
Requirements
- One to two years of experience in the securities industry
- FINRA Series 7 license
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and communication skills
- Experience with FINRA, Federal, and SEC regulations
- Ability to collaborate in a remote team
- Ability to adapt to changing business and regulatory environments
- Basic understanding of KYC and client onboarding processes
- Ability to make independent decisions within general guidelines
Responsibilities
- Assist clients and broker partners with service needs and issues
- Act as the first point of contact for clients and broker partners
- Submit and process funds distributions
- Process cash and stock journals
- Process account updates
- Initiate ACATs
- Research and respond to client issues involving forms and transfers
- Coordinate with internal groups to resolve client issues
- Ensure accurate submission of new business paperwork
