About the Role

You will support customers through chat email and phone channels while developing expertise in financial services. You will complete paid licensing study and training for the FINRA SIE Series 7 and Series 63 licenses. You will identify ways to improve customer service and help customers resolve simple and complex needs.

Requirements

• Recent graduate
• Customer-facing experience
• Bachelor’s degree or financial services industry experience preferred
• Commitment and resilience over 26 weeks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to adapt and prioritize in a multitask environment
• Schedule flexibility for evenings and weekends
• Existing FINRA SIE license preferred
• Customer support experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience through chat email and phone channels
• Identify and communicate improved ways to serve customers
• Develop proficiency in financial concepts
• Complete licensing training and become a registered representative
• Defuse customer anxiety through exceptional customer service
