About the Role
You will own interview scheduling and candidate logistics, including complex panels and coordination across time zones. You will maintain accurate recruiting-system data, audit pipelines, identify bottlenecks through data and feedback, and improve scalable workflows using AI and agents.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting operations or coordination
- Experience with Ashby or a comparable applicant tracking system
- Understanding of recruiting data quality and system configuration
- Organizational judgment and ability to prioritize competing requests
- Written communication skills
- Ability to work with senior stakeholders
- Knowledge of scalable workflows that integrate AI and agents into recruiting operations
Responsibilities
- Own interview scheduling and candidate logistics
- Coordinate complex panel interviews across time zones with executive assistants
- Maintain accurate recruiting-system data through pipeline audits, data checks, and configuration support
- Use recruiting data and feedback to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements
- Build scalable workflows using AI and agents to automate repetitive tasks
- Champion candidate experience through clear expectations, timely updates, and preparation
