About the Role
You will coordinate interviews and candidate flow across engineering, operations, and manufacturing hiring. You will support high-volume hiring, sourcing outreach, intern and university programs, applicant-tracking data, recruiting documentation, scalable workflows, and a positive candidate experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, HR, Communications, Psychology, or a related field
- 2–4 years of recruiting-coordination experience
- Communication skills
- Cross-functional collaboration skills
- Organization and prioritization skills
- Interest in recruiting, sourcing, and talent acquisition

Responsibilities
- Coordinate interview schedules
- Manage candidate flow and scheduling
- Support hourly and high-volume hiring pipelines
- Identify qualified candidates and manage outbound outreach
- Maintain early-stage talent pipelines
- Support intern and university recruiting programs
- Maintain Applicant Tracking System data
- Build recruiting documentation, templates, and workflows
- Deliver proactive candidate communication
