About the Role
You will own university and early-career recruiting for your site. You will select target schools, build relationships with students, faculty, career centers, and student groups, and lead recruiting events. You will run internship and new-graduate hiring from sourcing and screening through interviews, offers, and acceptance. You will partner with business leaders and the Early Talent Program Manager to define candidate profiles and make hiring decisions.
Requirements
- Experience owning a full campus recruiting cycle
- Experience with school selection and university partnerships
- Sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and closing experience
- Ability to partner with hiring managers and influence decisions
- Recruiting analytics experience
- Eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled technology
