About the Role

You will own full-cycle recruitment across departments: source, screen, interview, and close candidates. You will build and maintain diverse talent pipelines through direct outreach and creative sourcing. You will partner with hiring managers to design tailored recruiting strategies, keep the ATS (Greenhouse) accurate, track and analyze recruiting metrics, identify bottlenecks and implement improvements, and ensure candidates experience the company's values throughout the process.

Requirements

  • 3+ years owning full recruitment cycle
  • Progressive experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in an international high-growth company
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills
  • Experience with online networking tools such as LinkedIn and recruitment databases
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Experience using ATS software, preferably Greenhouse
  • Familiarity with Google Calendar, Slack, and Zoom is an advantage
  • Experience recruiting in Côte d’Ivoire or West Africa is a strong plus
  • Fluency in French and English
