About the Role
You will facilitate the on-campus recruitment strategy for graduate and internship opportunities in the Trading department. You will get to understand the company's core business and specific requirements to identify the right talent across the APAC region. You will schedule interviews, facilitate assessments, and maintain communication with candidates throughout the selection process to ensure a positive experience. You will plan and represent the company at events such as career fairs, info-sessions and competitions, and ideate new initiatives to attract the right talent. You will actively source and map the market for talent using social media and other venues. You will work with the global Recruitment and Communications team to deliver a strong employer branding strategy for the region. You will support relevant experienced replacement hires across Trading and Business Support, and work on global Recruitment projects with stakeholders from different regions to align and drive efficiencies.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience across both campus and experienced recruitment
- Prior experience in executing tailored marketing campaigns is mandatory
- In house recruitment experience is essential
- Experience with Trading or Global Markets recruitment would be advantageous
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Possess a strong sense of ownership
- Strong organizational and time management skills with a high attention to detail
- Ability to adapt and handle simultaneous moving parts with a sense of urgency in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
- Creative thinker with an ability to develop and drive campus strategies
