About the Role
Own the end-to-end reconciliation of dividend and coupon income across global markets and asset classes, investigating breaks, researching root causes, documenting procedures, preparing reporting, and implementing process improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in reconciliation, corporate actions, income processing, or related operations
- Knowledge of corporate actions and dividend lifecycles
- Global market conventions
- Familiarity with equities, equity swaps, bonds, credit, and rates
- Ability to analyze large, complex data sets
- English written and verbal communication
- Operational risk controls
- Documentation and organizational skills
- Experience at a trading firm, hedge fund, or prime broker preferred
Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve daily dividend and coupon reconciliation breaks
- Research root causes with internal teams and external counterparties
- Identify recurring break patterns
- Improve upstream processes
- Document and formalize procedures
- Prepare reporting and analysis on break trends and resolution metrics
- Evaluate and implement process improvements
