About the Role
You will receive, inspect, verify, label, transact, and stage high-value materials and equipment. You will maintain receiving records and inventory accuracy, resolve shipment issues, coordinate returns and material flow, operate powered industrial equipment, and support warehouse and data center operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate
- 3+ years of experience in a supply chain, warehousing, or manufacturing environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
- Availability for a 12.5-hour day or night shift
- Availability for nights, weekends, overtime, and holidays as needed
- Ability to stand or walk for most of the shift
- Ability to work in warehouse or data center environments with varying temperatures, noise, and dust
Responsibilities
- Receive materials and packages and transact receipts in the ERP/WMS system
- Process hold and exception packages
- Verify received materials against paperwork, part numbers, quantities, specifications, and damage
- Create routing labels and material identifiers
- Maintain incoming paperwork and documentation
- Resolve receipt and distribution discrepancies with carriers, customers, purchasing, and other departments
- Document non-conformance occurrences
- Perform cycle counts and review stagnant inventory reports
- Coordinate return shipments and reverse logistics
- Operate forklifts and powered industrial equipment safely
- Maintain receiving and staging areas
- Support material flow, kitting, and staging for construction and operations teams
