About the Role
You analyze trading strategies and market behavior alongside experienced traders and quantitative researchers. You investigate infrastructure issues, evaluate strategy performance, and fine-tune algorithmic strategies in response to changing markets. You also apply programming, statistical analysis, and data-mining skills to support predictive trading models.
Requirements
- Critical thinking and pattern recognition

- Desire to learn financial markets and market microstructure
- 2+ years of programming or software engineering experience
