About the Role

You will price digital and barrier contracts using crypto volatility surfaces and manage two-sided markets as the underlying moves. You will hedge through spot and perpetuals manage inventory and estimate probabilities for unhedgeable events. You will research full-depth historical data with realistic backtests and manage correlated tail oracle and resolution risk.

Requirements

  • Experience pricing and trading options digitals or short-dated derivatives with real money behind quotes
  • Deep knowledge of volatility surfaces digital and barrier payoffs and greeks
  • Microstructure judgment involving queue position adverse selection and latency budgets
  • Strong applied statistics and probability
  • Backtest hygiene and awareness of look-ahead bias and unrealistic fills
  • Fluent English
  • Understanding of prediction-market and on-chain settlement mechanics is a plus
  • No degree required

  • Quote and reprice two-sided markets
  • Manage inventory across strikes and expiries
  • Hedge delta through spot and perpetuals
  • Estimate calibrated probabilities for unhedgeable events
  • Research historical market data
  • Build latency-aware backtests
  • Manage correlated exposure tail risk oracle risk and resolution risk
