About the Role
You will build and maintain trading-system components and supporting infrastructure for execution, order management, exchange connectivity, market data, pricing, risk, and backtesting. You will work with traders, quants, and portfolio managers, write maintainable code, develop and debug software on Linux, resolve production issues, and use modern development tooling and AI coding agents.
Requirements
- Hold or be completing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or Financial Engineering
- Have up to two years of experience
- Demonstrate strong programming ability in Java, Python, C#, or Rust
- Understand data structures and algorithms
- Understand threading models and concurrency
- Demonstrate the ability to build and complete projects
- Show enthusiasm for agentic development and AI coding agents
- Have an interest in trading and financial markets
- Work effectively in a collaborative, fast-moving environment
Responsibilities
