About the Role
Implement software solutions using advanced statistical methods for automated trading strategies. Design, develop, test, and deploy trading software; optimize data processing and modeling; translate research strategies into production software; manage trading-system risk and execution; and work with asynchronous, multithreaded, and networked systems.
Requirements
- Pursuing a bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD in computer science, electrical engineering, computer engineering, physics, mathematics, or a related science discipline
- Expected graduation between December 2027 and June 2028
- Excellent Python software development skills
- Strong problem-solving and statistics skills
- Skills in asynchronous and multithreaded software
- Experience handling, maintaining, and processing large datasets
- Network programming skills
- Understanding of object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy proprietary software solutions for algorithmic trading systems
- Optimize large-scale data processing and modeling
- Translate research-based trading strategies into production software
- Build software for trading-system risk and execution
- Automate human-decision-based trading strategies and implement algorithmic trades
