About the Role
You will develop, optimize, and maintain business systems, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver improvements that impact customer experience. You will interface with, encapsulate, and utilize APIs, and build core systems designed for low latency and high concurrency. You will engage in microservice governance, middleware management, and gRPC implementation, applying your experience in system architecture design to build scalable, reliable systems.
Requirements
- Quantitative trading experience is a must
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related fields
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Go, Python, C++, Java, and familiarity with common design patterns
- At least 5 years of work experience; prior experience in developing high-concurrency systems is preferred
- Passion for technology, strong self-motivation, and the ability to quickly learn new things
- Meticulous, responsible, and strict with code quality
