About the Role
You will plan, develop, monitor, and optimize integrated quality, environmental, and information-security management systems. You will promote quality methods, plan and evaluate audits, support supplier audits, oversee corrective and preventive actions, and analyze quality data for management reporting.
Requirements
- Have 3–5 years of hands-on quality management system experience
- Know ISO 9001, VDA 6.4, and ISO 14001
- Have exposure to ISO 27001, TISAX, or NIS-2
- Apply FMEA, 8D reporting, and root cause analysis
- Hold a bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline, or an equivalent technical qualification
- Communicate fluently in German and English
- Be familiar with SAP
- Be willing to travel up to 10%
Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, monitor, and optimize QMS, EMS, and ISMS frameworks
- Promote quality management methods including FMEA, 8D reporting, and root cause analysis
- Plan, execute, and evaluate internal and external audits
- Support customer and certification audits through closure
- Support planning and execution of supplier audits
- Initiate, monitor, and assess corrective and preventive actions
- Evaluate quality data and maintain statistical reporting
