About the Role
You will perform incoming, in-process, and final visual inspections against drawings and specifications. You will record inspection results and nonconformance reports, segregate defective material, support audits and corrective actions, follow safety procedures around energetic materials, and provide accurate inspection data.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of quality inspection experience in manufacturing, engineering, or construction
- Visual inspection proficiency and ability to read blueprints or engineering drawings
- Familiarity with quality systems and documented inspection procedures
- Strong documentation skills
- Ability to pass an internal visual acuity test
- U.S. Person status and eligibility for required export authorizations
Responsibilities
- Follow safety rules and standard operating procedures
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final visual inspections
- Identify surface defects, workmanship issues, and inconsistencies
- Record inspection results and nonconformance reports
- Maintain traceability and audit logs
- Identify, tag, and segregate nonconforming material
- Communicate quality issues to supervisors and production teams
- Support audits and corrective and preventive actions
- Perform visual inspection checks related to energetic material processing
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment
