About the Role
You will develop and improve manufacturing quality systems for humanoid robotic hardware, including subassemblies, PCBA validation, and end-of-line testing. You will lead PFMEA, failure analysis, DOE, and validation activities; analyze production and test data; and integrate scalable quality checks into manufacturing workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related technical field
- 3+ years of experience supporting electromechanical hardware testing or manufacturing quality environments
- Experience with PFMEA, Gage R&R, DOE, and statistical analysis methodologies
- Familiarity with PCBA testing, sensor validation, actuator testing, calibration workflows, or end-of-line manufacturing test systems
