About the Role
ElevenLabs seeks an experienced leader to drive public policy and public sector engagement strategies across Colombia, advise leadership on regulatory developments, build stakeholder relationships, promote government adoption of products, and implement policy campaigns.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in public and private sector policy roles focused on AI and technology
- Strong knowledge of the Colombian AI policy landscape
- Experience designing, advocating for, and influencing policy outcomes
- Coalition-building experience
- Public policy experience across Colombia
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English and Spanish
Responsibilities
- Lead engagement with government bodies and officials across Colombia
- Build relationships with policymakers, regulators, industry associations, and civil society groups
- Monitor, analyze, and advise on emerging regulations
- Represent ElevenLabs at conferences and industry events
- Support internal policy development
- Advise leadership on regional policy trends and business implications
- Promote government adoption of products and services
- Define and implement policy campaigns and impact initiatives
