About the Role
Coordinate all project phases for Magic Madness VR, translate design and technical concepts into tasks and milestones, manage project work, facilitate communication, support planning and estimation, report progress, and help unblock teams.
Requirements
- Experience in project management in gaming, technology, or software development
- Familiarity with game development pipelines and production workflows
- Experience with Jira, ClickUp, or Trello
- Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills
- Availability to work on-site in Prague
- Self-reliant, responsible, and proactive approach
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track all project phases
- Break down design and technical concepts into tasks and milestones
- Manage epics, user stories, and tasks in project management tools
- Facilitate communication between development teams and leadership
- Support sprint planning, workload estimation, and dependency management
- Prepare project status reports for management and stakeholders
- Help unblock teams and keep delivery aligned with business priorities
