About the Role
You'll play a central role in driving large, complex, cross-functional initiatives at the intersection of Product and Payments. You'll own end-to-end delivery of strategic projects, such as B2B initiatives, while collaborating closely with internal teams and working extensively with both field and corporate partners. You'll take complete ownership of critical projects, communicating and addressing blockers as they arise, and you'll drive projects forward through close collaboration with product teams and ops teams serving both corporate and informal merchants. You'll keep thorough notes and up-to-date project documentation so the team can work asynchronously across borders, and you'll talk directly to users, corporate partners and informal merchants in the field to gather insights and clarify blockers. You'll be expected to think creatively, solve problems proactively, and keep multiple projects moving in a fast-changing environment.
