About the Role
You will translate program requirements into construction Statements of Work and building plans. You will manage schedules, procurement, contractors, documentation, and project coordination while supporting future manufacturing-facility investments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management Civil Engineering Mechanical Engineering or a related field with 3 years of relevant experience or 7 years of hands-on construction or project engineering experience
- Experience developing Statements of Work scopes of work or building plans
- Experience managing project schedules deliverables and subcontractor accountability
- Experience tracking equipment procurement delivery and installation
- Written and verbal technical communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain applicable explosives licenses
- U.S. citizenship lawful permanent residency protected-individual status or eligibility for required export authorization
Responsibilities
- Translate requirements into scoped Statements of Work
- Develop program-specific building plans
- Build and manage project schedules
- Track equipment procurement delivery and installation
- Coordinate subcontractors suppliers and field crews
- Maintain project documentation
- Support procurement and contract administration
- Attend site walks meetings and coordination calls
- Contribute project-controls insight to future facility investments
