About the Role

Support Technical Project Managers on Spark modular datacenter deployment and product-development projects by managing document control, coordinating design reviews and meetings, tracking actions, budgets, costs, and procurement, and improving systems and workflows.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or document control.
  • Experience in a physical-world or technical industry preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Smartsheet, MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar scheduling tools.
  • Experience with Jira or comparable project management tools.
  • Experience with Bluebeam, Procore, or comparable document-control and review systems.
  • Ability to build and maintain trackers and dashboards.
  • Ability to create process documentation and training.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, judgment, collaboration, and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

  • Organize, manage, and update project documents.
  • Maintain document version control and accessibility.
  • Coordinate parallel design and submittal review processes.
  • Schedule and facilitate project meetings and design reviews.
  • Prepare agendas and capture decisions and action items.
  • Distribute follow-ups with owners and due dates.
  • Maintain project cost trackers and support financial summaries.
  • Coordinate project-specific procurement trackers.
  • Identify coordination workflow gaps.
  • Build scalable systems, automations, and templates.
