About the Role
You will own the full data-quality project lifecycle, from defining review guidance and acceptance criteria through audit cycles and process improvements. You will coordinate analysts and vendors, create SOPs and training materials, manage escalations, and translate quality requirements into actionable operational guidance.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in data quality, data-labeling operations, or content/data review
- Experience owning a project or workstream end to end
- Experience writing review guidelines, acceptance criteria, or SOPs
- Experience running audit or QA cycles
- Ability to translate technical requirements into operational guidance
- Vendor relationship and SLA communication experience
- People-management experience or readiness to manage direct reports
Responsibilities
- Own review guidelines and acceptance criteria
- Handle escalated edge cases
- Contribute to golden-set construction
- Run project-level audit cycles and update guidelines
- Coordinate analysts across projects
- Write and maintain project SOPs
- Manage direct reports where applicable
- Design training materials and calibration exercises
- Coordinate project-level vendors and SLA expectations
- Translate quality requirements into review guidelines
