About the Role
You will coordinate recruiting activities for acquisition hiring across corporate development, legal, people, and technical leadership. You will manage interview processes, guide candidates through their start dates, maintain recruiting playbooks, support deal workstreams, use AI tools, and handle confidential information with discretion.
Requirements
- 4+ years of program management, recruiting coordination, or high-volume scheduling experience
- Knowledge of recruiting systems
- Experience creating, documenting, and teaching hiring approaches
- Candidate experience

Responsibilities
- Manage recruiting activities across corporate development, legal, people, and technical leadership
- Educate deal sponsors and partners on M&A recruiting and interviewing processes
- Maintain and improve acquisition-hiring playbooks and processes
- Run recruiting workstreams from initial conversations through start dates
- Serve as a primary candidate contact
- Use AI tools in daily recruiting workflows
- Maintain confidentiality for sensitive information
- Support high-priority recruiting and operations projects
