About the Role
You will guide the implementation of various client solutions throughout the Americas, connecting detailed project activities with communication to executive collaborators. You will maintain the overall health of programs spanning multiple engagements, foster governance and responsibility, and ensure clients achieve the full value of the platform on time and within budget. You will work at both the program and project levels, translating strategic objectives into structured delivery plans, managing cross-functional dependencies, and proactively raising issues when risks appear. You will also play a key role in mentoring and developing the broader PMO team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in program or project management, with at least 2 years managing enterprise-level SaaS, enterprise software, or professional services implementations
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-solution programs simultaneously, often with remote resources, global teams, and partner-led delivery components
- Strong collaborator management skills, with the ability to navigate and influence at all organizational levels
- Experience working across internal delivery teams and third-party partners, including Systems Integrators (SIs) or global consulting firms
- Solid understanding of treasury, cash management, or financial risk management processes; experience with Ripple Treasury (GTreasury), Kyriba, ION, or similar platforms is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to identify, raise, and drive resolution of program risks and issues in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
- Outstanding written and spoken expression abilities
- Ability to mentor and develop junior PMs and consultants while managing your own program delivery load
Responsibilities
- Own program-level delivery across a portfolio of concurrent Ripple Treasury implementations
- Serve as the senior point of contact for client program sponsors and executive collaborators
- Develop and maintain coordinated program plans, resource allocations, RAID logs, and program-level reporting
- Identify and manage cross-project dependencies, risks, and customer concerns
- Drive issue resolution across internal and external teams with urgency and ownership
- Facilitate executive-level status updates, steering committee meetings, and post-implementation reviews
- Partner with Project Managers on individual engagements, providing mentorship and quality oversight
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Consulting, Sales, and Customer Success
- Champion program governance guidelines, change management, and continuous improvement
- Contribute to PMO capability-building, including playbook development and methodology refinement
