About the Role

Guide implementation of client solutions throughout the Americas, maintain program health across multiple engagements, foster governance, coordinate delivery plans and dependencies, and ensure clients achieve platform value on time and within budget.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience, including 2+ years managing enterprise SaaS, software, or professional services implementations
  • Experience managing complex multi-solution programs with remote resources, global teams, and partner-led delivery
  • Strong collaborator management and organizational influence skills
  • Experience working with internal delivery teams and third-party partners or global consulting firms
  • Understanding of treasury, cash management, or financial risk management processes
  • Experience with GTreasury, Kyriba, ION, or similar platforms is a plus
  • Ability to identify and resolve program risks and issues in client-facing environments
  • Outstanding written and spoken communication skills
  • Ability to mentor junior PMs and consultants

Responsibilities

  • Own program-level delivery across concurrent Ripple Treasury implementations
  • Serve as senior point of contact for client program sponsors and executive collaborators
  • Develop program plans, resource allocations, RAID logs, and program-level reporting
  • Manage cross-project dependencies, risks, and customer concerns
  • Drive issue resolution across internal and external teams
  • Facilitate executive status updates, steering committee meetings, and post-implementation reviews
  • Mentor Project Managers and consultants and provide quality oversight
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Consulting, Sales, and Customer Success
  • Champion governance, change management, and continuous improvement
  • Contribute to PMO playbooks and methodology refinement
