About the Role
As a Program Manager on Ripple Impact, manage and scale employee giving and volunteering programs across global offices. Administer CSR software, organize volunteer events, develop communications, collaborate with nonprofit and academic partners, analyze impact metrics, and travel to Ripple offices as needed.
Requirements
- Experience in social impact, corporate social responsibility, and employee engagement within a fast-scaling global company.
- Experience managing CSR platforms such as Deed or Benevity and donation matching workflows.
- Experience managing collaborative programs and synthesizing data.
- Experience partnering with HR, Communications, and Workplace teams.
- Outstanding written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage complex logistics, international donation compliance, and large-scale events.
Responsibilities
- Work with Ripple’s Director of Social Impact on corporate social impact strategy.
- Administer CSR software, employee matching donations, fundraisers, and volunteer pages.
- Develop internal education and communications to increase employee participation.
- Curate volunteering opportunities with workplace teams and Employee Resource Groups.
- Manage regional nonprofit and academic partnerships.
- Plan and execute in-person and virtual volunteer opportunities.
- Track, analyze, and report participation and impact metrics.
- Travel to Ripple office locations as needed, up to 20–25%.
