About the Role
You will lead construction project managers and oversee data center programs from planning through handover. You will manage budgets, schedules, resources, risks, contractors, and stakeholders; establish program processes and metrics; ensure safety and compliance; resolve cross-project issues; and improve the construction program framework.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of construction project or program management experience
- 5+ years of direct people-management experience
- Experience delivering complex programs on aggressive schedules and within budget
- Technical knowledge of civil, structural, MEP, controls, and commissioning disciplines
- Proficiency with Procore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar tools
- Ability to travel and work flexible hours
- Ability to work in active construction-site environments
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Construction Project Managers
- Oversee construction programs from pre-construction through commissioning and handover
- Align program delivery with infrastructure, engineering, and compute requirements
- Manage program budgets, schedules, resources, risks, forecasts, and contingency plans
- Manage general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, permitting authorities, and internal stakeholders
- Establish standardized processes, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting
- Ensure safety, quality, code, and environmental compliance
- Resolve cross-project issues and lead recovery efforts
- Mentor teams and conduct lessons-learned reviews
