About the Role
You will manage, track, and work closely with projects to understand their needs and support them through their early startup journey. You will develop ongoing timelines of workshops, activities, and resources covering design thinking, product development, team and talent development, business strategy, growth, and marketing. You will identify, recruit, and onboard subject matter experts, curriculum creators, mentors, and advisors; schedule mentors and handle related administrative duties. You will plan and drive culture-building and networking events and work with leadership to develop strategies, assess program strengths, and address areas for improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years startup or tech experience, ideally in an operations-based role
- Ability to lead multiple programs from beginning to end
- Project management experience
- Client-facing experience
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to think creatively and work without close management
- Understanding and engagement within the venture and startup ecosystem; network in that ecosystem is a plus
- Past experience leading or supporting a tech startup accelerator or incubator preferred
- Past experience in a tech startup or coaching startups preferred
- Passion for tech startups and entrepreneurship preferred
- Web3 or blockchain knowledge is a plus
