About the Role
Manage and support early-stage startup projects by developing educational programs, workshops, timelines, resources, and mentor networks. The role also involves administrative coordination, networking events, stakeholder relationships, and strategy development with leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of startup or technology experience, ideally in an operations-based role
- Ability to lead multiple programs from beginning to end
- Project management and client-facing experience
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to think creatively and work without close management
- Understanding of and engagement with the venture and startup ecosystem
- Experience leading or supporting a tech startup accelerator or incubator preferred
- Experience in a tech startup or coaching startups preferred
- Passion for technology startups and entrepreneurship preferred
- Web3 or blockchain ecosystem knowledge is a plus
Responsibilities
- Manage, track, and support projects through their early startup journey
- Develop timelines of workshops, activities, and resources to support project growth
- Identify, recruit, and onboard subject matter experts, curriculum creators, mentors, and advisors
- Develop educational programs, curriculum, and mentor scheduling
- Perform administrative duties to support projects in the ecosystem
- Plan and drive culture-building and networking events
- Work with leadership to develop strategies, assess program strengths, and address improvements
