About the Role
As a Professional Services Consultant, you'll be the critical link between cutting-edge treasury technology and the real-world financial goals of global clients. You'll act as a digital architect and trusted advisor, deeply understanding each client's unique business environment, prescribing industry best practices, and architecting configurations that transform their treasury operations into a powerhouse of efficiency. You'll lead discovery sessions, design solution architectures, guide clients through best practices, hands-on configure the platform, and facilitate training that empowers users to realize maximum ROI. You'll also collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering to share client feedback and influence the product roadmap.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in client-facing solution consulting and/or software implementations, specifically in ERP or SaaS
- Experience in roles requiring a consultative mindset, challenging the status quo and leading clients toward better outcomes
- Experience navigating complex software ecosystems and understanding data flow between treasury systems, banks, and ERPs
- Experience translating technical concepts into accessible financial concepts for executives
- Deep knowledge of cash management, payments, risk, or hedge accounting
- Previous experience working with Corporate Treasury, Accounting, and/or Finance
Responsibilities
- Lead deep-dive discovery sessions to uncover client pain points, workflows, and technical requirements
- Design and document the "To-Be" state, determining the optimal configuration of Ripple Treasury's suite
- Act as a subject matter expert, guiding clients through treasury best practices and modernizing legacy processes
- Configure the platform, ensuring technical setup aligns with the strategic vision
- Facilitate high-impact training sessions that empower users and ensure maximum ROI
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to provide client feedback and influence the product roadmap
