About the Role
You will assemble, test, configure, troubleshoot, and document aircraft systems and components. You will perform composite component fabrication, repairs, trim, paint, bodywork, engine ground runs, and break-ins while following approved technical publications, maintenance standards, engineering drawings, work instructions, and manuals.
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant aircraft production or manufacturing experience
- 6 months to 1 year of Material Requirements Planning experience
- Interpersonal skills to interface cooperatively with departmental personnel and customers
Responsibilities
- Assemble, test, configure, and support UAV, avionics, ground control station, ground support equipment, ground data terminal, and electronic systems
- Troubleshoot, remove, replace, test, and document components using approved procedures
- Trim, paint, and perform bodywork on UAV components
- Assemble, test, and support engine ground runs and break-ins
- Modify or repair composite components
- Coordinate with team members to support on-time aircraft delivery
- Interpret engineering drawings, diagrams, work instructions, and manuals for part fabrication
