About the Role
You will maintain, diagnose, and repair customer robots and the internal fleet. You will assemble and test electromechanical modules and complete robots, document non-conformances, support prototype and series production, and improve manufacturing, assembly, and test procedures.
Requirements
- Apprenticeship as a Polymechanic or Automation Technician EFZ
- 3+ years of work experience in mechatronics or equipment manufacturing
- Practical knowledge of electromechanical-component assembly
- Understanding of technical drawings and work instructions
- Experience with measuring tools, testing equipment, and ESD standards
- General computer skills
- German and English skills at B2 level
Responsibilities
- Maintain, diagnose, and repair customer robots and the internal fleet
- Troubleshoot electromechanical products and prototypes
- Conduct tests, quality control, and commissioning of components and robots
- Manufacture and assemble modules and robots for prototype and 0-Series production
- Document non-conformances and contribute to corrective and preventive actions
- Improve manufacturing, assembly, and test procedures
- Support continuous improvement of technical equipment and infrastructure
