About the Role
You will run MRP processes in NetSuite, release work orders and purchase requisitions, and maintain accurate planning data. You will manage work-order status, maintain lot and batch traceability, identify material shortages, coordinate purchasing timing, support ERP readiness, and create planning reports.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to pass drug screening and state and federal background checks
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain state and federal explosives licenses
- 2–4 years of production planning, materials planning, or MRP execution experience in manufacturing
- Hands-on ERP or MRP experience
- Knowledge of BOM explosion, routing, lead-time offsetting, safety stock, reorder points, and MRP exception management
- Microsoft Office and Excel proficiency
- U.S. Person status and eligibility to obtain required export authorizations
Responsibilities
- Run MRP processes in NetSuite and release work orders and purchase requisitions
- Maintain ERP and MRP data integrity for BOMs, routings, lead times, safety stock, reorder points, and planning parameters
- Manage open work-order status and resolve system-to-floor discrepancies
- Maintain lot and batch traceability in production scheduling
- Translate master schedules into work-order, material, and purchase-requisition timing
- Identify material shortages and supply gaps and communicate schedule impacts
- Coordinate purchase-requisition timing with the Buyer
- Support ERP and MRP go-live readiness and data validation
- Develop planning reports on work orders, MRP exceptions, and material availability
