About the Role
You will operate production equipment, stage and weigh materials, and package finished products according to procedures. You will follow explosive-handling and safety requirements, record production and batch data, transport materials with approved equipment, and maintain clean, safe work areas.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
- Ability to obtain and maintain federal and state explosives licenses
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screening
- Ability to work safely in an industrial, regulated, high-hazard environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks
- U.S. Person status or eligibility to obtain required export authorizations
Responsibilities
- Operate equipment, stage materials, weigh materials, and package finished products
- Follow PPE, explosive-handling, and site-specific safety procedures
- Record and communicate production data, batch information, and material usage
- Transport materials and finished goods using forklifts and approved equipment
- Maintain housekeeping, inspect work areas and equipment, and report issues
