About the Role
You will manage one or more language production teams for dubbing, audiobooks, and related audio content. You will onboard and train linguists and audio professionals, establish quality-control and monitoring systems, and ensure delivered content sounds natural and professional. You will work with product and engineering to improve tools and workflows, while defining editorial standards, creative direction, style guides, voice-casting practices, and translation and adaptation principles.
Requirements
- Native or native-level knowledge of French or Arabic
- Experience building or running a production team within a language service provider, localization agency, media company, or similar organization
- Experience with transcripts, translations, dubs, or audiobooks
- Attention to detail in identifying inconsistencies or mistakes in native-language content
- Ability to give feedback and maintain a high quality bar
- Familiarity with the ElevenLabs platform, transcript editor, Studio, and dubbing products is a bonus
- Native-level ability in multiple non-English languages is a bonus

- Define editorial standards and creative direction, including style guides, voice casting, translation, and adaptation principles
