About the Role
You will define and execute go-to-market strategies, build infrastructure and workflows, and turn market and user data into actionable product guidance. You will design reporting and metrics systems, coordinate cross-functional readiness for launches, gather and prioritize user feedback, and optimize processes to drive rapid, sustainable user growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product operations, strategy, or similar roles in high-growth organizations
- Proven track record of operational excellence and cross-functional alignment
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and uncover insights
- Experience leading market research and competitive analysis
- Exceptional organizational and program management skills
- Deep understanding of product development lifecycles and go-to-market strategies
- Strong communication skills and ability to present to senior stakeholders
- Proficiency with data analysis tools and building reporting frameworks
- Experience in Web3, blockchain, or decentralized identity systems is highly desirable but not required
- Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and ability to thrive in ambiguous environments
