About the Role
You will implement and deploy blockchain and digital asset solutions for enterprise and institutional clients. You will build and configure solution components based on defined architectures, integrate products with banking custody payments and third‑party systems, and implement APIs and event-driven data flows. You will support deployments across cloud hybrid and on‑premise environments, collaborate with architects and delivery teams to validate implementation choices, support CI/CD and DevOps activities, troubleshoot deployment and performance issues, and help stabilize early production for operational handover.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in software engineering solution engineering platform engineering or system integration roles
- Hands-on experience building and integrating multi-system platforms in fintech financial services or security-sensitive environments
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred Azure/GCP a plus)
- Experience with modern deployment practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with API-based and event-driven architectures
- Solid programming skills in at least one of Python Go Java Rust or similar
- Understanding of security fundamentals including authentication authorization and encryption
- Ability to work effectively with architects engineers delivery teams and client technical stakeholders
- Self-starter able to collaborate across multiple teams and geographies and provide high-touch customer engagement
- Languages required: Swiss German German French and English; Italian a plus
- Location: Switzerland with focus on Zurich Geneva and Lugano
Responsibilities

- Integrate products with core banking and financial systems
- Integrate with custody payments and treasury platforms
- Integrate with external vendors and third-party services
- Implement APIs data flows and event-driven integrations across distributed systems
- Support deployment across cloud hybrid and on-premise environments
- Collaborate with Solution Architects to validate implementation choices and raise technical constraints
- Support execution testing and go-live activities with Delivery and Project Management
- Support DevOps activities including CI/CD pipelines infrastructure configuration and environment setup
- Troubleshoot integration performance and deployment issues across client environments
- Contribute implementation feedback to improve solution patterns documentation and reusability
- Support early-life production stabilization and operational handover
