About the Role
You will build, maintain, and scale tools, automated workflows, dashboards, and reports supporting the product development lifecycle. You will translate operational bottlenecks into technical solutions, evolve data structures and workflows, implement agentic automations, and help teams manage dependencies and execution risks.
Requirements
- Experience managing systems, automations, and data for product, engineering, or business operations
- Experience creating automated workflows with Python, AppScript, or AI tools
- Experience with SQL, BigQuery, Tableau, dashboards, and reports
- Familiarity with product development lifecycle workflows, GitHub collaboration, CI/CD, testing, QA, and releases
- Experience with Scrum, Kanban, JIRA, and Confluence
- Organization, time management, and analytical problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex systems and data to technical and non-technical audiences
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent industry experience
- Experience using LLMs or AI tools to build agentic workflows
- Experience with commercial or business operations and product or engineering operations
- Experience establishing agile processes for hardware and software products
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain automated data dashboards and reports
- Develop and manage systems and automations for agile product development workflows
- Implement AI tools and agentic workflows to automate operational work
- Translate operational needs into technical tooling requirements
- Guide teams on system best practices and improve internal tools through feedback
- Facilitate cross-team alignment on dependencies and execution risks
