About the Role

You own operations for a meaningful product or product set. You connect customer feedback to product decisions, develop scalable processes, analyze product data, support launches, improve incident resolution, and manage operational relationships with partners and vendors.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in product management, product operations, or strategy and operations
  • Experience executing complex cross-functional initiatives
  • Ability to investigate root causes and develop enduring solutions
  • Experience using qualitative and quantitative feedback for product recommendations
  • Experience working directly with customers or clients
  • Experience assisting junior team members with constructive feedback
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to translate data into insights and action
  • Experience querying SQL
  • Comfort working in ambiguous environments
  • Experience with Retool or other low-code tooling
  • Experience in management consulting
  • Technical programming experience with Python, Java, or React

Responsibilities

  • Represent customer needs within the product space
  • Connect customer experience insights to product and engineering teams
  • Own company-wide process and scale initiatives
  • Create product analytics and data analyses
  • Support product releases through documentation and enablement
  • Improve tools and processes for incident identification and resolution
  • Manage operational relationships with partners and vendors
  • Negotiate service agreements and conduct performance assessments
