About the Role
You will partner with product teams to synthesize customer and internal signals, frame tradeoffs, and align priorities. You will build agentic workflows and launch processes, coordinate feature launches from early access through general availability, establish feedback and evaluation systems, and work with partner teams to create clarity.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in product operations, technical program management, project management, or product ownership
- Experience using AI tools to support work
- Ability to identify tradeoffs between scalable and non-scalable systems or processes
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to make decisions with limited data
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Partner with product teams to synthesize customer and internal signals into insights and priorities
- Build agentic workflows, tooling, and processes that improve engineering velocity and launch quality
- Coordinate end-to-end feature launches from early access through general availability
- Build feedback loops and triage and evaluation systems
- Build relationships and drive clarity with partner teams
