About the Role
You will support customers through API integrations and technical onboarding, investigate product and payment issues, and turn integration learnings into product improvements, internal tooling, and automation. You will build dashboards and SQL queries, use AI tools to improve operations and support, collaborate on priorities, and create clear technical documentation.
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of experience in product, operations, solutions engineering, consulting, or another technical role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfort with APIs and technical documentation
- Basic SQL or the ability to learn it quickly
- Professional English
- Interest in startups and emerging technology
Responsibilities
- Support customers through API integrations and technical onboarding
- Investigate and resolve product and payment issues
- Build dashboards and queries in Metabase and SQL to monitor business and product metrics
- Use AI tools and agents to improve internal operations and customer support
- Work with Product and Engineering to prioritise improvements
- Write clear documentation and explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Help scale operational processes
