About the Role
You will be responsible for making Gearbox's interface simpler, clearer, and more convenient for users, helping translate complex DeFi mechanics into intuitive flows. You'll work closely with designers, developers, and product researchers, gather community feedback, and turn it into actionable product changes while managing the roadmap and coordinating delivery of UI/UX updates.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Product Manager in DeFi, fintech, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of DeFi mechanics: AMMs, lending markets, yield strategies, liquidations, etc.
- Track record of improving UI/UX in complex financial or trading applications.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills — ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly product requirements.
- Familiarity with Figma, Notion, and similar collaboration tools.
Responsibilities
- Drive UI/UX improvements by identifying pain points in user flows and simplifying the experience.
- Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and product researchers to deliver clean and user-friendly features.
- Collect and analyze feedback from the community and transform it into actionable product changes.
- Manage the product roadmap and ensure timely delivery of UI/UX updates.
- Write clear specifications and coordinate between design, research, and development teams.
