About the Role
You will make Gearbox's interface simpler, clearer, and more convenient for users by translating complex DeFi mechanics into intuitive flows. You will work with designers, developers, and product researchers, gather community feedback, turn it into actionable product changes, manage the roadmap, and coordinate delivery of UI/UX updates.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Product Manager in DeFi, fintech, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of DeFi mechanics, including AMMs, lending markets, yield strategies, and liquidations.
- Track record of improving UI/UX in complex financial or trading applications.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly product requirements.
- Familiarity with Figma, Notion, and similar collaboration tools.

- Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and product researchers to deliver clean and user-friendly features.
