About the Role
You will own the Marketplace product from onboarding and listings through purchasing and billing. You will design scalable commercial workflows, shape commercial strategy with partners, turn customer and partner feedback into a roadmap, and define Marketplace success metrics.
Requirements
- Experience owning a product end to end, including operational workflows
- Experience building with or shipping on large language models
- Experience leading cross-functional work and earning stakeholder trust
- Ability to present to partner-company executives
- Clear writing for engineering, executive, and external audiences
- Interest in building an ecosystem around Claude
Responsibilities
- Own the Marketplace product end to end for partners and customers
- Design scalable commercial workflows for onboarding, listings, purchase, and billing
- Shape business strategy and commercial incentives with Business Development, Finance, and Legal
- Translate partner, customer, and field signals into a product roadmap
- Define Marketplace success metrics and measurement
