About the Role

You will work with SMB customers to test agent capabilities for revenue workflows. You will prioritize workflows, build reliable skills, evaluations, and agent systems, turn customer learnings into product requirements, and drive acquisition and usage expansion through demos, case studies, onboarding, lifecycle, and marketing channels.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of total work experience
• 2 years in investment banking, strategy consulting, or a comparable analytical role followed by operating experience
• Marketing workflow experience including paid social, lifecycle, conversion-rate optimization, or SEO
• Agent automation
• Prompt writing
• End-to-end agent systems
• Written and verbal communication
• Customer relationship management

Responsibilities

• Build and test agent capabilities for SMB revenue-generating workflows
• Prioritize workflows to automate and build reliable skills, evaluations, and agent systems
• Translate customer learnings into requirements for connectors, skills, and agent capabilities
• Drive SMB acquisition through demos, case studies, paid channels, and lifecycle channels
• Drive usage expansion through personalized onboarding, lifecycle, and product growth levers
• Design, execute, and package customer case studies with partnerships and growth marketing
