About the Role

You will own product roadmaps for major platform areas supporting enterprise software development. You will work with customers, data, engineering, research, sales, solutions engineering, and deployment teams to identify needs, prioritize improvements, launch features, and help customers govern AI-powered developer tools.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience across product and engineering roles
  • Deep developer tools background or at least one year in an engineering role
  • Experience deploying developer tools at large-scale enterprise companies
  • Experience working with executive buyers at large organizations
  • Strong technical foundation and experience partnering with engineering teams on complex technical products
  • Proven ability to drive product launches from concept through release with meaningful user adoption or commercial impact
  • Hands-on familiarity with coding agents, model capabilities, and emerging AI industry trends

Responsibilities

  • Own the roadmap for multiple major product areas
  • Own the Enterprise NDR metric and support customer retention and growth
  • Partner with customers and analyze data to identify pain points and translate them into product improvements
  • Prioritize features across engineering pods
  • Work with engineering and research to ship AI-powered development features
  • Collaborate with sales, solutions engineering, and deployment teams to incorporate field feedback and roll out capabilities
  • Work directly with customers to provide primitives for building and governing software development workflows
  • Build frameworks and processes that scale with the product team
