About the Role
You will define evaluation frameworks and quality metrics for foundational music models. You will translate creator needs into research priorities, partner with researchers and product teams, run experiments, shape roadmap tradeoffs, and help launch model improvements and capabilities.
Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience or equivalent experience building highly technical products
- Experience partnering with machine learning researchers, model-training teams, or AI evaluation systems
- Technical understanding of machine learning concepts
- Technical foundation in computer science, engineering, mathematics, physics, or a related field
- Product judgment for ambiguous research-driven problems
- Willingness to travel once per quarter for team meetings
- Eligibility to work in the US
Responsibilities
- Define model evaluation frameworks and quality metrics
- Translate creator needs into actionable research problems
- Partner with product managers, engineers, and data scientists on model behavior and priorities
- Shape model roadmap priorities with Research
- Launch model improvements with Research, Product, and Product Marketing
- Run experiments and investigate model behavior
